समाज से केवल घृणा मत करो बल्कि उसमे परिवर्तन लाओ।

आज हम शिक्षित हैं लेकिन हमारे समाज में किसी प्रकार का कोई परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ है। समाज का परिदृश्य बदलने के लिए शिक्षित युवाओं को आगे आकर जिम्मेदारी लेने की आवश्यकता है।

हम सभी जानते है कि मनुष्य एक सामाजिक प्राणी है। पहले समाज परिवार से सर्वोपरि था लेकिन आज व्यक्ति स्वंय के बारे में पहले सोचता है फिर परिवार के बारे में, उसके बाद समाज के बारे में सोचता है। जबकि पारम्परिक सोच इसके विपरित था। समाज के बदलने से पहले खुद को बदलना ज़रूरी है, दुनिया को ठीक करने से पहले खुद को ठीक करना ज़रूरी है। हम समाज का अर्थ समझते हैं नारी और पुरुषों का समूह। किंतु समाज का वास्तविक अर्थ यह नहीं है। इसका सही अर्थ है- एक साथ मिलकर चलना। सामाजिक प्रगति का अर्थ होता है एक साथ चलते हुए आपसी एकता को मजबूत बनाना।

आधुनिक समाज का स्वरूप कैसा  होना चाहिए?

1. महिलाओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित होनी चाहिए।

2. केवल जाति पर आधारित न होकर वर्ग पे हो ।

3. समाज का मुख्य उद्देश्य समानता पर आधारित होना चाहिए। सभी वर्गों व लिंगों के बीच समन्वय हो ।

4. सदस्यों के मध्य सहयोग की सद्भावना हो ।

5. रुढ़िवादी विचारधारा के खिलाफ तार्किकता, वैज्ञानिकता होना चाहिए ताकि कुरीतियों को दूर किया जा सकें l

6. लैंगिक भिन्नता को व्यवहारिक रूप से दूर किया जाए।

7. समाज का कोई भी फैसला कानूनी तौर पर सही हो।

8. शिक्षा पर जोर दिया जाय एवम् विद्यार्थियों को समय समय पर प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।

9. लड़कियों को शिक्षित करने पर विशेष बल दिया जाए एवं महिलाओं को सामाजिक कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने पर बल दिया।

10. लैंगिक पक्षपात को पूरी तरह से समाप्त की जाए।

जो लोग परिवर्तन के बाद बदलेंगे – बचेंगे... , जो लोग परिवर्तन के साथ बदलेंगे - सफल होगें...  , जो लोग परिवर्तन का कारण बनेगें – वो नेतृत्व करेगें।

परिवर्तन ही संसार का नियम है।

आज आधुनिकता के दौर में समाज में परिवर्तन की आवश्यकता है। आज के अधिकांश युवा पारंपरिक समाज से नफरत करते हैं लेकिन उसे बदलने का प्रयास तक नहीं करते हैं। समाज संचालन हेतु शिक्षित और जागरूक युवाओं को आगे आने की जरूरत है। युवाओं की सोच संकीर्ण नहीं, तार्किक होती है। वह भूत नहीं भविष्य के बारे में सोचते हैं। आज पारंपरिक समाज में लोकतांत्रिक और संवैधानिक मूल्यों जैसे न्याय, समानता, मौलिक अधिकार, भातृत्व की मान्यता नहीं है। हमें उसे बदलने की आवश्यकता है। हमें समस्याओं को कोसने के बजाय समाधान पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए । हमारे समाज में व्याप्त जातीय भेदभाव और लैंगिक असमानता ,अंधविश्वास ,अशिक्षा ,पाखंड , कर्मकांड, दहेज प्रथा जैसे कुरीतियों से छुटकारा पाने की आवश्यकता है। मानवता से बड़ा कोई धर्म नहीं है। शिक्षा से बड़ा कोई हथियार नहीं है परिमार्जन ही सफ़लता की कुंजी है। समाज सेवा से बड़ा कोई सेवा नहीं है।

एक नेतृत्वकर्ता वो होता हैं जो रास्ता जानता हैं, रास्ते पर चलता हैं और रास्ता दिखाता हैं। नेतृत्व शक्तिशाली शरीर का नहीं बल्कि बौद्धिक क्षमता का खेल है। नेतृत्वकर्ता के अंदर आत्म - नियन्त्रण , ईमानदारी, सहनशीलता, नैतिकता, जिम्मेदारी एवं तार्किक सोच  आवश्यक है। जिस प्रकार एक अँधा अगर अंधों का नेतृत्व करे तो सभी को खाई में विघटन होना तय है इसलिए समाज को नई दिशा देने के जागरूक व शिक्षित युवाओं को आगे आने की  आवश्यकता है।

समाज के बदलने से पहले खुद को बदलना ज़रूरी है। दुनिया को बदलने से पहले खुद को ठीक करना ज़रूरी है। समाज में जिस बदलाव की सबसे ज्यादा ज़रूरत है वो है हमारी मानसिकता । जो सुधार हम समाज मे लाना चाहते हैं उसका प्रयोग अपने जीवन मे स्वयं करें ।  जिसकी शुरुआत अपने घर व परिवार  से होती है। नेता नहीं सेवक व मार्गदर्शक बनें । जिस दिन हम ऐसा करने लगेंगे उस दिन समझा जाएगा कि बदलाव आ रहा है समाज में। इसलिए समाज को तभी बदला जा सकता है जब हमारी मानसिकता बदलेगी।

Today we are educated but there is no any kind of change  in our society. Educated youth need to come forward and take responsibility to change the scenario of the society.

We all know that man is a social creature. Earlier the society was paramount to the family, but today a person thinks about himself first, then about the family, then about the society. While the traditional thinking was against it. It is necessary to change oneself before changing the society, it is necessary to modify oneself before modifying the world. We understand the meaning of society as a group of women and men. But this is not the real meaning of society. Its true meaning is to walk together. Social progress means strengthening mutual unity while walking together.

What should be the form of modern society?

1. Participation of women should be ensured.

2. Not based on caste only but on class.

3. The main aim of the society should be based on equality. There should be coordination between all classes and genders.

4. There should be goodwill of cooperation among the members.

5. There should be rationality, scientificity logic against orthodox ideology so that evils can be removed.

6. Gender discrimination should be practically removed.

7. Any decision of the society should be legally correct. It should be base on constitution.

8. Emphasis should be laid on education and students should be encouraged from time to time.

9. Special emphasis should be laid on educating girls and women should be encouraged to participate in social programmes.

10. Gender bias should be completely eliminated.

Those who change after revolution – survive… , Those who change with revolution – succeed… , Those who cause of revolution – they lead.

Changing is the law of nature.

Today, in the era of modernity, there is a need for change in the society. Most of today's youth hate the traditional society but do not even try to change it. Educated and aware youths need to come forward to run the society. The thinking of the youth is not narrow, it is logical. He thinks of the future, not the past. Today, there is no recognition of democratic and constitutional values ​​like justice, equality, fundamental rights, fraternity in the traditional society. We need to change that. Instead of cursing the problems, we should focus on the solutions. There is a need to get rid of evils like caste discrimination and gender inequality, superstition, illiteracy, hypocrisy, rituals, dowry system prevalent in our society. There is no religion bigger than humanity. There is no bigger weapon than education, refinement is the key to success. There is no greater service than social service.

A leader is one who knows the way, walks the way and shows the way. Leadership is not a game of strong body but of intellectual ability. Self-control, honesty, tolerance, morality, responsibility and logical thinking are necessary inside the leader. Just as if a blind person leads the blind person, then everyone is sure to be in disarray, so there is a need for conscious and educated youth to come forward to give a new direction to the society.

Before changing the society, it is necessary to change oneself.  Before changing the world, it is important to heal yourself. The most needed change in the society is our mindset. Whatever improvement we want to bring in the society, use it in our own life. Which starts with your home and family. Don't be a leader, be a servant and guide. The day we start doing this, it will be understood that change is coming in the society. That's why society can be changed only when our mindset changes.
