हिन्दी भाषा पर व्यंग

14 सितंबर 1949 को हिन्दी को राजकीय भाषा घोषित किया गया था इ।स उपलक्ष्य में प्रत्येक 14 सितंबर को हिन्दी दिवस के रूप दिवस के रूप मे मनाया जाता है।

 आप सभी को हिन्दी दिवस की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं। मेरे द्वारा लिखा गया पहला व्यंग्य है। मेरी अनुरोध है कि आप पूरा अवश्य पढ़े। 

हिंदी दिवस हिंदी भाषियों के लिए रोना रोने का मौका बनकर रह गया है।मुझे  तो रोना उन अंधभक्तों पर आता है जो हिन्दी, हिन्दू और हिन्दुत्व की बात करते हैं। क्योंकि जो हिन्दी भाषा है वह फारसी भाषा का शब्द है। मैं इसका इतिहास लिखूँगा तो पोस्ट बहुत बड़ा हो जाएगा विश्वास न हो तो गूगल पर सर्च करे। जिस प्रकार सप्ताह से हपता हुआ उसी तरह सिंधु से हिन्दू हो गया। 

अंधभक्त के साथ कैसी विडम्बना है कि एक तरफ संस्कृति बचाने के लिए लड़ते हैं और दूसरी तरफ निजीकरण का समर्थन कर रहे हैं l उनके लिए आगे कुआ और पीछे खायी वाली स्थिति है। निजीकरण से सबसे बड़ा खतरा हिन्दी, धर्म, साहित्य और संस्कृति की आस्तित्व पर होगा जो अपने ही घर से बेघर हो जाएगी। इंग्लिश मीडियम वाले क्राइस्ट स्कूल इसका प्रमुख उदारहण है। 

वैसे मुझे हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषाओं का ज्ञान है l दोनों भाषाओं मे श्रेष्ठ चुनने को कहा जाय तो मैं हिन्दी ही चुनाव करूंगा l इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि मुझे अँग्रेजी भाषा का ज्ञान या समझ हिन्दी से कम है l मैं तो उर्दू भाषा का भी उतना ही सम्मान करता हूँ जितनी हिन्दी का वैसे मुझे उर्दू का कोइ कोई खास ज्ञान नहीं है लेकिन कविता लेखन मे मैं भी इसका प्रयोग करता हूँ l उर्दू भाषा के बिना कविता, गीत, नज्म, ग़ज़ल,तराना इत्यादि की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती है। 

बॉलीवुड के अधिकांश गाने मे उर्दू शब्द का प्रयोग होता है। महान कवि डां कुमार विश्वास, महान गीतकार समीर, उभरते हुए गीतकार मनोज मुन्तजिर ये सभी हिन्दी को माँ और उर्दू को मौसी कहते हैं और अंग्रेजी को फिरंगी भाषा कहते हैं। लेकिन उन सभी के पास अँग्रेजी का अच्छा ज्ञान है। 

 जबकि ज़रूरत इस बात की है कि दुनिया को हिंदी भाषा की महानता के बारे में बताया जाए। उन गुणों के बारे में बताया जाए जो किसी और भाषा में नहीं है। लेकिन जिस देश मे कानूनी और कार्यकारी भाषा अंग्रेज़ी हो तो उस देश की संस्कृति का हाशिए पर जाना तय है l

संविधान मे हिन्दी को राजभाषा का दर्जा प्राप्त है यह अपने ही देश में राष्ट्रभाषा नहीं बन पायी। आज यह बीमारू राज्य की राज्य भाषा के रूप में अपनी आखिरी साँस ले रहीं हैं।  जिस तरह से अँग्रेजी विकास हो रहा है आने वाला समय मे हिन्दी जमींदोज हो जाएगी। जिस तरह मगही भाषा का हुआ था। जहाँ अदालत की भाषा अंग्रेजी हो जो आम जनता को समझ मे नही आती हो वो देश मे हिन्दी भाषा की स्थिति क्या है?  इसका पता स्वय लगाया जा सकता है। 

हिन्दी भाषा का विकास संस्कृत से ही हुई। लेकिन वर्तमान हिन्दी तक आने मे कई चरणों से गुजरना पड़ा। जैसे वैदिक संस्कृत, लौकिक संस्कृत - पालि भाषा - प्राकृत भाषा - अपभ्रंश हिन्दी और फिर हिंदी भाषा। हिन्दी भाषा से ही ब्रज भाषा, अवधि, मगही भाषा का विकास हुआ था। समय परिवर्तन के साथ कई बोलियों में बट गई। 

मैंने आज की दौर अनुसार हो हिन्दी की स्थिति है उसे व्यंग्यात्मक पूर्वक पेश किया हूँ। पढ़िए, लुफ्त उठाए और भूल जाए। ज्यादा सोचिए मत वही होगा जो किस्मत मे लिखा है। कर्म मत करे लेकिन फल की इच्छा जरूर रखें, क्योंकि मोदी है तो मुमकिन है। चूंकि 

1. उदारता- पूरी दुनिया में भारत ही एकमात्र ऐसा देश है जहां लोग अपनी राष्ट्र भाषा के लिए गर्व से कहते हैं कि मुझे हिंदी नहीं आती। मैं हिंदी अखबार नहीं पढ़ता। जहां एक-दूसरे को 'हिंदीवाला' कहकर टोंट मारते हैं। अब ये हिंदी भाषा की उदारता नहीं तो क्या है, जो अपने ही लोगों का अपना मज़ाक उड़ाने की इतनी छूट देती है।

2. मूर्खों की निशानदेही- किसी भी समाज में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती वहां के बुद्धिजीवी खड़ी करते हैं। भारतीय समाज में हिंदी भाषी को सिरे से मूर्ख मान लेने से ये बौधिक प्रतिस्पर्धा काफी कम हो गई है। एक तो वैसे भी मौके बहुत कम है ऐसे में अंग्रेज़ी न जानने को 'अयोग्यता' न माना जाता, तो सोचिए ज़रा, नौकरियों के लिए कितनी मारकाट मचती।

3. गालियों की भाषा- किसी भी इंसान की असली भाषा वह होती है जिसमें वह गालियां देता है। इस लिहाज़ से देखा जाए तो हिंदी भाषा को अभी कुछ हजार साल तक और कोई हिलाने वाला नहीं। अब तो मोदी जी ने भी बता दिया कि गुजरात मे व्यापारी भी झगड़ों में असर लाने के लिए हिंदी में बोलने लगते हैं। हमने विज्ञान, तकनीक, आईटी की भाषा भले ही अंग्रेज़ी बना दी हो मगर आज भी बड़े से बड़ा आदमी भी गुस्से के चरमपलों में जब तक हिंदी भाषा में सामने वाले के पारिवारिक सदस्यों को याद न कर ले, तब तक उसे चैन नहीं आता।

4. हिंदी का ब्रैंड- भारत में देसी-विदेशी इतनी भाषाएं बोली जाती हैं मगर उन्हें बोलने वालों को ब्रैंड का दर्जा हासिल नहीं है। हिंदी भाषी इकलौता आदमी है जिसे 'एचएमटी’ कहा जाता है। एक 'एचएमटी' घड़ी थी जो कभी रुकती नहीं थी और एक हिंदी वाले 'एचएमटी' (हिंदी मीडियम टाइप्स) हैं जिनके बारे में कहा जाता है कि वे बढ़ते नहीं है। बहरहाल कुछ समय पहले प्रधानमंत्री कह रहे थे कि उन्होंने चाय बेचते-बेचते हिंदी सीखी और आज हालत यह है कि हिंदी मीडियम से पढ़ा आदमी सोचता है कि इससे अच्छा तो मैं चाय बेच लेता, तो बेहतर रहता।

भाग्य पर विश्वास रखिए कर्म मे कुछ नहीं रखा है l गलत का समर्थन कीजिये जीवन मे खूब तरक्की कीजिएगा। मेरे सोच के बारे मे कभी मत सोचिए क्योंकि जहाँ बुद्धिजीवी लोंगों का सोचना बंद होता है। मुझ जैसे मूर्खों को सोचने की शुरूआत ही वहां से होती है। जीवन मे आम मत बनिये नहीं तो अचार बना दिये जाओगे। मैं हिन्दी का समर्थन करके सबसे बड़ा मूर्खता का काम किया है। आप तो बुद्धिजीवी है मेरे जैसा बिल्कुल मत कीजिए।

Hindi was declared as the official language on 14 September 1949. Every September 14 is celebrated as Hindi Day as a day to commemorate it.

Hindi day has become a chance for the Hindi speakers to cry. I am crying on those blind devotees who talk about Hindi, Hindu and Hinduism. Because the Hindi language is a Persian language word. If I write its history, the post will become very big, if you do not believe, then search on Google. Just as the week was lost, so did the Hindu from the Indus. 

The irony with the blind devotees is that on one hand they fight to save the culture and on the other side they are supporting privatization. For them there is a well and a backward position. The biggest threat from privatization will be on the existence of Hindi, religion, literature and culture which will be rendered homeless from their own home. Christ School with English Medium is its main example. 

By the way, I have knowledge of both Hindi and English languages. If I am asked to choose the best in both languages, I will choose Hindi. It does not mean that I have less knowledge or understanding of English language than Hindi. I respect you as much as I do not have any specific knowledge of Urdu in Hindi, but I also use it in poetry writing. Without Urdu language, poetry, song, najam, ghazal, tarana etc. cannot be imagined. . 

Most of the songs in Bollywood use the word Urdu. The great poet Dan Kumar Vishwas, the great lyricist Sameer, the emerging lyricist Manoj Muntajir, all call Hindi as mother and Urdu as aunt and English as Firangi language. But they all have good knowledge of English. 

 Whereas the need is that the world be told about the greatness of the Hindi language. Those qualities should be told which is not available in any other language. But in a country where the legal and working language is English, the culture of that country is bound to be marginalized.

Hindi enjoys the status of the official language in the Constitution, it could not become a national language in its own country. Today, she is breathing her last breath as the state's state language. The way English development is taking place, Hindi will become grounded in the coming time. The way Magahi language happened. Where the language of the court is English which is not understood by the general public, what is the status of Hindi language in the country? It can be detected on its own. 

Sanskrit was developed from Sanskrit itself. But we had to go through many stages to reach the present day Hindi. Such as Vedic Sanskrit, Cosmic Sanskrit - Pali language - Prakrit language - Apabhransh Hindi and then Hindi language. Braj language, period, Magahi language was developed from Hindi language itself. With the change of time many bids were added. 

According to today's era, the situation of Hindi is presented sarcastically. Read, enjoy and forget. Do not think more that what is written in luck. Do not do karma but keep wishing for fruit, because it is possible if Modi is there. 

1. Generosity - India is the only country in the world where people say proudly for their national language that I do not know Hindi. I do not read Hindi newspapers. Where they call each other 'Hindiwala' and they beat them. Now, if not the generosity of the Hindi language, which gives so much leeway to make fun of its own people.

2. Spotting of fools - The biggest challenge in any society is the intellectuals there. In the Indian society, these intellectual competition has been reduced considerably by considering Hindi speaking as foolish. For one thing, there is very little chance that in such a situation, not knowing English is not considered as 'disqualification'.

3. Language of abuses - The real language of any person is that in which he abuses. From this perspective, the Hindi language is not going to be shaken for a few thousand years. Now Modi ji has also told that businessmen in Gujarat also start speaking in Hindi to make an impact in the quarrels. We may have made English the language of science, technology, IT, but even today, even the eldest man does not feel relieved until he remembers the family members of Pramukh in Hindi language.

4. Brand of Hindi - Indigenous and foreign languages ​​are spoken in India, but those who speak them do not have brand status. Hindi is the only man called 'HMT'. There was an 'HMT' clock that never stops and there is a Hindi one called 'HMT' (Hindi Medium Types) which is said to not grow. However, some time ago, the Prime Minister was saying that he learned Hindi by selling tea and today the condition is that a man studying from Hindi medium thinks that if I had sold tea better than this, it would have been better.
