आज हम इस ब्लॉग के माध्यम से  व्यक्तित्व के बारे में जानेंगे l अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व की जो गलत अवधारणाएं हैं मैं उससे आपको रूबरू कराऊंगा। हम अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व के 15 गुणों के बारे में जानेंगे। 

 कुछ लोगों का ऐसा मानना है कि जो व्यक्ति  कम बोलता है, गुमसुम सा या चुप रहता है, समाज से दूरी बनाकर रहता है वैसे व्यक्तियों में निर्णय क्षमता का अभाव होता है। जबकि मनोवैज्ञानिक अध्ययन से पता चलता है कि कम बोलने वाले व्यक्ति हमेशा चिंतनशील होते हैं इनके मस्तिष्क में कुछ ना कुछ विचार चलता रहता है। परिस्थितियों की समझने की क्षमता इनके अंदर सबसे ज्यादा होती हैl इनके अंदर बहुत सारे गुणों का भंडार होता हैl यह अपने इच्छा क्षमता के अनुसार आसपास में बदलाव लाने की क्षमता रखते हैंl आसान भाषा में हम इनको छुपा रुस्तम कह सकते हैंl यह अपने जीवन में ऊंचाइयों को प्राप्त करते हैंl इन्हें बिना वजह बोलने की आदत नहीं होती हैl यह किसी के सामने खुद को ऐसा कभी नहीं प्रकट करते हैं कि मैं ही श्रेष्ठ हूं। दिखावे की जिंदगी इन्हें पसंद नहीं होता है। ये बोलने में कम और करके दिखाने में ज्यादा यकीन रखते हैं। समाज में इनका स्थान सबसे ऊंचा होता है क्योंकि यह बुद्धिजीवी वर्ग में आते हैंl परिस्थिति के अनुसार अपने आप को बदल लेते हैं और किसी को पता भी नहीं चलता है की अंतर्मुखी से बहिर्मुखी कब हो गये। ये दृढ़ निश्चय ही होते हैं और कभी भी अपने अंदर नेतृत्व क्षमता का विकास कर सकते हैं। ये आशावादी और आत्मविश्वास से भरपूर होते हैं इनके अंदर नैतिकता कूट-कूट कर भरी होती हैl  साथ ही साथ है मानवतावादी और उदारवादी होते हैंl इनके लिए हर चीज करना मुमकिन होता है। इनके प्लान हमेशा पूरे होते हैं।

शिक्षा मनोविज्ञान में सामाजिक अन्तःक्रिया के आधार पर व्यक्तित्व का वर्गीकरण मनोवैज्ञानिक जुंग ने व्यक्तित्व का वर्गीकरण करने के लिए व्यक्तियों को उनकी सामाजिक अन्तःक्रिया के स्वरूप को आधार मानकर निम्नलिखित तीन वर्गों में विभाजित किया है–

1.अन्तर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व :-

अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व के लोग सोचने, मनन और चिंतन जैसे कार्य में गुणी होते हैं। मनोवैज्ञानिक जुग ने व्यक्तित्व के वर्गीकरण में इस वर्ग में उन व्यक्तियों को शामिल किया है जो आत्म चिंतन आत्म केंद्रित और शांति प्रिय होते हैं। ऐसे व्यक्ति जिनमें लीक से हटकर चलने, कुछ नया सोचने एवं करने की इच्छाशक्ति होती है,  सृजनशील व्यक्ति संवेदनशील होते हैं, प्रगतिशील और स्वतन्त्र निर्णय लेने में सक्षम होते हैं।

अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व के व्यक्ति संवेदनशील, कर्तव्यनिष्ठ और मितभाषी होते है। व्यक्तित्व के वर्गीकरण में इस वर्ग के व्यक्ति प्रायः संकोची होते हैं, समाज में अपने विचार रखने में संकोच करते हैं, और सामाजिक व्यवहार में उतना अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर पाते हैं।

उदाहरण के तौर पर कोई ऐसा लेखक जो लेखन कार्य में बहुत ही अच्छा है, लेकिन वह एक अच्छा वक्ता नहीं है, तो उसको हम अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व का व्यक्ति कह सकते हैं। 

2• बहिर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व :-

व्यक्तित्व के वर्गीकरण में मनोवैज्ञानिक जुंग ने बहिर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व में उन व्यक्तियों को रखा है जो समाजकेन्द्रित, व्यावहारिक, साहसिक, चिन्तामुक्त और आशावादी होते हैं। ऐसे व्यक्ति सामाजिक कार्यों में रूचि लेते हैं और लोकप्रियता प्राप्त करते हैं। जैसे कि एक कुशल वक्ता।

3• उभयमुखी व्यक्तित्व :-

जिन व्यक्तियों में अन्तर्मुखी एवं बहिर्मुखी दोनों व्यक्तित्वों के लक्षण लगभग समान रूप से उपस्थित होते हैं, उन्हें मनोवैज्ञानिक जुंग ने व्यक्तित्व के वर्गीकरण में उभयमुखी वर्ग में रखा है।

 जमाने के साथ लोगों का रहन-सहन तो बदल ही रहा है, साथ ही जीने का तरीका भी बदल रहा है। आज कई लोग ऐसे हैं, जो या तो किसी मजबूरी में जैसे नौकरी इत्यादि के कारण अकेले रह रहे हैं, तो कुछ लोग ऐसे भी हैं, जो बिना किसी मजबूरी के अपनी मर्जी से अकेले रहना पसंद कर रहे हैं। अकेले रहना वाकई आसान काम नहीं है। जो लोग अपनी मर्जी से अकेले रहते हैं, उनमें कुछ बुनियादी गुण होते हैं। आइए जानते हैं इनके गुणों के बारे में-

अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तित्व के 15 गुणl

 

1. अकेले रहने वाले लोग अपने आप में ही संपूर्ण महसूस करते हैं। ये लोग खुद को ही अपना सबसे अच्छा दोस्त मानते हैं।व्यक्ति कभी भी भीड़ का अनुसरण नहीं करते तथा वे ऐसे लोग होते हैं जो अपने तरीके से अपना जीवन बिताना पसंद करते हैं। अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति इस बात को आधार बनाकर निर्णय नहीं लेते कि क्या चीज़ लोकप्रिय है। वे हमेशा वही करते हैं जो उन्हें अच्छा लगता है तथा उन्हें दूसरों से अपनी तुलना करना पसंद नहीं होता।

 

2. वे अपनों से बहुत प्यार करते हैं, लेकिन अकेले समय बिताने में भी उन्हें कोई परेशानी नहीं होती। बल्कि ऐसे समय में भी वे समय का सदुपयोग करना अच्छी तरह से जानते हैं। कभी किताबों में मन बहलाकर तो कभी अपने पसंद की चीजें कर वे इस अकेलेपन का भी खुलकर आनंद लेते हैं। ऐसे लोग आत्मविश्वास से भरपूर और सकारात्मक सोच वाले होते हैं।

 

3. ये लोग इस बात की ज्यादा परवाह नहीं करते कि दूसरे क्या सोचेंगे? ये अपने मन का काम करते हैं और जिंदगी को भरपूर जीते हैं।अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति भी भी यह जानते हैं कि किस प्रकार आराम और मज़ा किया जा सकता है, केवल उनका तरीका कुछ अलग होता है। वे बाहर जाकर पूरी रात पार्टी करना पसंद नहीं करते बल्कि वे घर पर रहकर अपनी मनपसंद मूवी (फिल्म) देखकर या अपनी मनपसंद किताब पढ़कर समय बिताना पसंद करते हैं। अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तियों को घर में रहकर अपनी मनपसंद गतिविधियाँ करने में अधिक आनंद आता है। वे स्वयं के साथ अधिक पसंद करते हैं।

 

4. छोटी-बड़ी गलतियों से खुद ही सीखते हैं और भावनात्‍मक रूप से मजबूत होते हैं। ज्यादा बोलने वाले लोग अपनी हर बात दूसरों को बताते हैं और साथ ही दूसरों के हस्तक्षेप की वजह से प्लान बनाते और बिगाड़ते हैं। लेकिन अंतर्मुखी लोग अपनी बात किसी से नहीं कहते, जब तक चीज फाइनल ना हो जाए तब तक ये लोग किसी को कुछ नहीं बताते, तभी तो इनके प्लान हमेशा पूरे होते हैं।

 

5. अपने लिए नियम ये खुद बनाते हैं और उसका कड़ाई से पालन करते हैं।अंतर्मुखी लोगों की यह कमी कह लीजिए या विशेषता, लेकिन उनके लिए किसी पर विश्वास करना एक टेढ़ी खीर है। ये लोग जल्दी किसी को ना तो अपना बनाते हैं और ना ही किसी पर आंख मूंद कर जल्दी विश्वास करते हैं।

6. ये लोग खुले विचारों के तो होते हैं, लेकिन अपने नैतिक मूल्यों से समझौता नहीं करते। अनुशासित रहकर अपनी दिनचर्या व्यती‍त करते हैं।

7. इमोशंस से लेकर आर्थिक मामलों तक में ये आत्‍मनिर्भर होते हैं।

किसी भी प्रकार की गतिविधि को बहुत जल्द से सीख लेते हैं l

 

8. ये अपने जीवन में स्पष्ट और ईमानदार होते हैं। उतना ही काम हाथों में लेते हैं जितना कि वे कर पाएं। जितनी जिम्मेदारी लेते हैं फिर उसे बड़ी खूबी से निभाते भी हैं।

 

9. ये लोग मात्र दूसरों को खुश करने के लिए हर काम के लिए हामी नहीं भरते। अपनी क्षमता अनुसार काम करते हैं और खुश रहते हैं।

10. यह आंतरिक रुप से काफी सशक्त होते हैं और अपने आसपास के माहौल और परिवेश को परिवर्तित करना चाहते हैं यह बुद्धिजीवी प्रवृत्ति के अंतर्गत आते हैंl 

11.सुनने की कला - अंतर्मुखी लोगों में किसी की बात को ध्यान से सुनने और समझने की कला होती है, जो हर किसी में नहीं होती। कम बोलना और ज्यादा सुनना इनके ज्ञान और समझने की क्षमता को बढ़ाता है। यही कारण है कि जब इन्हें किसी को कोई बात समझानी हो, तो ये बड़े सटीक और सरल तरीके से समझा पाते हैं।

12.कहने से पहले सोचना - अंतर्मुखी लोगों में यह भी एक खासियत होती है कि वे एक बार कुछ कहने के पहले दो बार जरूर सोचते हैं, फिर सही शब्दों में सही तरीके से अपनी बात रख पाते हैं। वे हर बात पर गौर करना जानते हैं, और हर रिश्ते को अहमियत देते हैं, इसलिए अपने शब्दों को हमेशा तौलकर ही बोलते हैं। अंर्तमुखी लोग बहिर्मुखी लोगों की अपेक्षा अधिक संवेदनशील होते हैं।

 13.खुद पर विश्वास - भले ही अंतर्मुखी लोग कम बोलते हैं, लेकिन उनमें आत्मविश्वास की कोई कमी नहीं होती। बल्कि उन्हें दूसरों की अपेक्षा खुद पर ज्यादा भरोसा होता है। वे अपने निर्णय के लिए दूसरों पर निर्भर नहीं होते और यही कारण है कि वे अच्छे या बुरे परिणाम के लिए किसी और को दोषी भी नहीं ठहराते।

14.यदि आपका कोई मित्र अंतर्मुखी है तो आप बहुत सौभाग्यशाली हैं क्योंकि अंतर्मुखी लोग सच्ची मित्रता रखते हैं और वे वास्तव में ईमानदार होते हैं। आप अपने अंतर्मुखी मित्र को कभी भी याद कर सकते हैं तथा निश्चित रूप से वे किसी भी कठिन परिस्थिति में आपकी सहायता अवश्य करेंगे ।

15.कई लोग अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तियों को रूखा और क्रूर समझते हैं केवल इसलिए क्योंकि वे निष्कपट, ईमानदार और थोड़े से स्पष्टवक्ता होते हैं। अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति छोटी बातों की तुलना में अर्थपूर्ण बातें करना पसंद करते हैं, हालाँकि कभी कभी वे अन्य बातें करना भी पसंद करते हैं। 

यदि आप अपनी पार्टी में अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति को बुलाते हैं और यदि वे आपके निमंत्रण को अस्वीकार कर देते हैं तो ये न सोचें कि वे रूखे हैं। वे जरूरत के हिसाब से  अपने कार्यों की प्राथमिकता देते हैं। छोटे मोटे कार्यक्रमों मे ये जल्दी हिस्सा नहीं लेते हैं क्योंकि ये समय का सदुपयोग करना बखूबी जानते हैं। वे आपकी भावनाओं को ठेस नहीं पहुंचाना चाहते, वे थके हुए हो सकते हैं और वास्तव में उन्हें आराम की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति वास्तव में अच्छे लोग होते हैं जो वास्तव में एक अर्थपूर्ण संबंध बनाना चाहते हैं और उनका उद्देश्य कभी भी किसी को नुकसान पहुंचाना नहीं होता।

हम में से अधिकांश लोग ऐसा मानते हैं कि अंतर्मुखी व्यक्तियों को बात करना पसंद नहीं होता। यह एक मिथक है। हाँ ये बात सच है कि अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति बातों को सोचने और उनका विश्लेषण करने के लिए तथा सभी तथ्यों को एकत्रित करने के लिए अधिक समय लेते हैं तथा उन्हें जल्दबाज़ी में कोई निर्णय लेना पसंद नहीं होता। जैसा कि मैंने ऊपर बताया कि कुछ अंतर्मुखी व्यक्ति छोटी बातें करना पसंद नहीं करते परंतु यदि आप ऐसी कुछ बातें करें जिसमें उनकी रूचि हो तो आप देखेंगे कि वे अंतर्मुखी नहीं हैं।हम अंर्तमुखी बच्चों की ज्यादा परवाह करते हैं। उन पर हमेशा ध्यान देते रहते हैं क्योंकि अक्सर ऐसी सोच होती है कि वो अन्य लोगों से अलग हैं लेकिन मनोवैज्ञानिक सूसेन केन के मुताबिक अंर्तमुखी अजीब और अलग नहीं होते। अपनी किताब में केन ने इस बात का जिक्र भी किया है कि अंर्तमुखी और शर्मीले स्वभाव में अंतर होता है। हालांकि अंर्तमुखी शर्मीले भी हो सकते हैं लेकिन सभी ऐसे हों ये जरूरी नहीं। केन के मुताबिक अंर्तमुखता ही ऐसे लोगों की रहस्यमयी ‘’सुपरपावर’’ होती है। केन ने दुनिया के ऐसे कई अंर्तमुखी जैसे - महात्मा गांधी, अल्बर्ट आइंसटाइन,अब्राहम लिंकन, बिल गेट्स, बराक ओबामा, एमा वॉटसन आदि का नाम भी गिनाया है जो वाकई एक मिसाल के तौर पर सबके सामने आए।

Classification of Personality on the basis of Social Interaction in Education Psychology Psychological Jung has classified individuals into the following three classes for classification of personality as the basis of the nature of their social interaction:

1. Introverted personality: -

People with introverted personality are virtuous in tasks like thinking, contemplation and contemplation. The psychological jug classifications of personality include those individuals in this class who are self-centered, self-centered and peaceful. Individuals who have the will to move out of the box, think and do something new, creative people are sensitive, capable of making progressive and independent decisions.

3 • Amphibian personality: -

Individuals in whom introverted and extroverted personalities have almost the same characteristics, psychologist Jung has placed them in the class of personality in the class.

 With the times, people's living standards are changing, as well as the way of living. Today there are many people who are either living alone due to any compulsion such as job etc., there are some people who prefer to be alone without any compulsion. Being alone is not really easy. People who live alone on their own will have some basic qualities. Let's know about their properties-

1. People living alone feel complete in themselves. These people consider themselves to be their best friends. Individuals never follow the crowd and they are people who like to spend their lives in their own way. Introvert individuals do not decide on the basis of what is popular. They always do what they like and they don't like to compare themselves to others.
