भूत-प्रेत या जादू टोना - सच्च या वहम!

भूत-प्रेत,काला साया,जादू टोना क्या है? क्या वास्तविक में इसका कोई अस्तित्व है? या कोई मानसिक रोग।।                               

आज भी भारत के कुछ बीमारु राज्यों में जैसे बंगाल,बिहार,मध्य प्रदेश,उड़ीसा एवं आसाम के लोग काला जादू के विश्वास में अपनी गहरी पैठ जमा रखे हैं क्योंकि उन राज्यों की अधिकांश जनसंख्या अशिक्षित एवं अंधविश्वासी होते हैं। मुझे आश्चर्य तो तब होता है कि आज के कुछ युवा पीढ़ी भी इन सब बातों पर विश्वास करते हैं। कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि ये सारी शक्तियां वास्तव में होती है जिस प्रकार से धरती पर ईश्वर का अस्तित्व है उसी पर कार्य काली शक्तियां(evil sprit)का भी।विज्ञान भी इसे अंधविश्वास मानता है। कुछ संकीर्ण विचारधारा के लोगों का मानना है कि भूत प्रेत आत्मा परमात्मा काली शक्तियां वैज्ञानिकों एवं विचारको के के पहुंच के बाहर है क्योंकि इसका अस्तित्व वेदों में भी मिलता है l

आज भी भारत में अधिकांश लोग ऐसे हैं जो किसी भी बात को लेकर अपनी राय देते हुए कहते हैं कि ऐसा वेदो में लिखा है? पर वास्तविकता तो यही है कि ऐसा बोलने वाले अधिकांश लोग वही होते हैं जो कभी वेद का अध्ययन नहीं किये हैं।वेदों की रचना वैदिक काल में आज से लगभग 3500 वर्ष पूर्व हुई थी। मैं मानता हूं कि अथर्ववेद में जादू टोना की चर्चा की गई है लेकिन उस समय शिक्षा का स्वरूप अलग था। ऐसा देखा गया है कि वैज्ञानिक तर्क के आधार पर धर्म में लिखी गयी कुछ  बातें रूढ़िवादी एवम संकीर्ण विचारधारा का प्रचार करती हैं यदि आज के युवा पीढ़ी के लोग 20 वर्ष पहले जैसी सोच रखते हैं तो उसे हम रुढ़िवादी(narrow minded) कहते हैं।. 

              

                  अब मैं आपको मनोवैज्ञानिक और दार्शनिक विचारधारा से अवगत कराना चाहूंगा। मनोवैज्ञानिकों की माने तो यह सारी क्रियाएं हमारी मनोदशा पर निर्भर करती है इन घटनाओं को भ्रम(Illusion) एवं विभ्रम (Hallucination)  कहते हैं।

 भ्रम (Illusion)सभी को हो सकता है रस्सी को देखकर साप समझना, रात्रि में पेड़ को चोर या कोई व्यक्ति समझना ,इत्यादि व्यक्तिगत भ्रम है। इसके अतिरिक्त कुछ वैश्विक भ्रम भी हैं जैसे पृथ्वी अस्थिर व् सुर्य चलता हुआ नजर आता है।ग्रीष्म ऋतु के दोपहर में सड़क पर पानी जमाव प्रतीत होना ,आंखें फैलाएं तो आकाश जमीन को छूता हुआ नजर आता है।

विभ्रम (Hallucination)प्रायः मानसिक रोग युक्त तथा नशे में चूर व्यक्तियों को ही होता है। कुछ ड्रक्स एवं मेडिसिन के माध्यम से लोगों को Hallucinate किया जा सकता है।जैसे सुनसान रात में किसी को अपना नाम सुनाई पड़ना,अलग-अलग आवाज सुनना, भूत प्रेत दिखाई पड़ना एवं किसी हत्यारे का डर होना। 

जब हम हॉरर फिल्म देखते हैं तो हमे डर लगता हैl हमे प्रतीत होता है कि कोई है जो हमारा पीछा कर रहा है l वास्तव मे कुछ होता नहीं है किंतु फिल्म मे देखी गई चित्रों का चित्रण हमारे मन मस्तिष्क पर हो जाता है और सोचने पर इसका इमेज का चित्रण हमारा अर्द्धचेतन मस्तिष्क मे होता है l हम जिस वातावरण मे रहते हैं और हम सोचते हैं l हमारे मस्तिष्क की प्रतिक्रिया उसी प्रकार की होती है l 

विज्ञान क्या मनाती है? 

असाधारण घटनाक्रम से जुड़े मनोविज्ञान को समझने के लिए वैज्ञानिक न्यूरोसाइंस की भी मदद ले रहे हैं. असामान्य परिरस्थितियों में कई बार हमारी आंखें अलग ढंग से व्यवहार करती हैं. कम रोशनी में आंखों की रेटीनल रॉड कोशिकाएं सक्रिय हो जाती हैं और हल्का मुड़ा हुआ सा नजारा दिखाती हैं. डॉक्टर ओकीफ के मुताबिक, "आंख की पुतली को बेहद कोने में पहुंचाकर अगर हम आखिरी छोर से कोई मूवमेंट देखें तो वह बहुत साफ नहीं दिखता है. डिटेल भी नजर नहीं आती है. सिर्फ काला और सफेद ही दिखता है. इसका मतलब साफ है कि रॉड कोशिकाएं रंग नहीं देख पा रही हैं. हो सकता है कि ऐसी परिस्थितियों में हमारा मस्तिष्क सूचना के अभाव को भरने की कोशिश करता हो. दिमाग उस सूचना को किसी तार्किक जानकारी में बदलने की कोशिश करता है. हमें ऐसा लगने लगता है जैसे हमने कुछ विचित्र देखा है. तर्क के आधार पर हमें लगता है कि शायद कोई भूत है l

मस्तिष्क से निकलती है डर की 

ऐसे भले ही कुछ पलों के लिए होता हो, लेकिन इसके बाद इंसान के भीतर हलचल शुरू हो जाती है. सांस तेज चलने लगती है, धड़कन तेज हो जाती है, शरीर बेहद चौकन्ना हो जाता है. कुछ लोगों को बहुत ज्यादा डर लगता है और कुछ को बहुत कम, वैज्ञानिक इसके लिए मस्तिष्क में मौजूद न्यूरोट्रांसमीटरों को जिम्मेदार ठहराते हैं. वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक जिस तरह हर व्यक्ति में भावनाओं का स्तर अलग अलग होता है, वैसा ही डर के मामले में भी होता है. ओकीफ कहते हैं, "डरावने माहौल में कुछ लोगों के मस्तिष्क में डोपोमीन का रिसाव होने लगता है, इसके चलते उन्हें मजा आने लगता है, जबकि बाकी लोग बुरी तरह डर रहे होते हैं." वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक बचपन में खराब अनुभवों का भी डर से सीधा संबंध है. अक्सर भूतिया कहानियां सुनने वालों या हॉरर फिल्में देखने वाले लोगों के जेहन में ऐसी यादें बस जाती हैं. और जब भी कोई असाधारण वाकया होता है, तो ये स्मृतियां कूदने लगती हैं.

जब हम कोई पुरानी जर्जर इमारत देखते हैं, जहां अंधेरा हो, आस पास कोई आबादी न हो, तो हमें भय का अहसास होने लगता है. वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक ज्यादातर हॉरर फिल्मों में ऐसी इमारतों को भूतिया बिल्डिंग के रूप में पेश किया गया. यह जानकारी हमारे मस्तिष्क में बैठ चुकी हैं. ऐसी इमारत देखते ही हमारा मस्तिष्क हॉरर फिल्मों की स्मृति सामने रख देता है. डर पैदा कर मस्तिष्क ये चेतावनी देता है कि इस जगह खतरा है, जान बचाने के लिए यहां से दूर जाना चाहिए. इसके बाद धड़कन तेज हो जाती है और पूरा बदन फटाक से भागने या किसी संकट का सामना करने के लिए तैयार हो जाता है. यह सब कुछ बहुत ही सूक्ष्म मनोवैज्ञानिक स्तर पर होता है.

 हमारे अंदर दो तरह की सोच होते हैं पहला सकारात्मक तथा दूसरा नकारात्मक आम बोलचाल की भाषा में इसे हम दिल से सोचना एवं दिमाग से सोचना कहते हैं यह भी हमारा भ्रम है। सोचने का काम तो सिर्फ मस्तिष्क का ही है प्रायः हम हमेशा मान बैठते हैं कि नैतिक बातें एवं कुछ संवेग जैसे प्रेम ,ख़ुशी ,अध्यात्म ,स्नेह ,ईमानदारी, सहयोग की भावना हमारे हृदय से जागृत होती है।                                

                धर्म का अस्तित्व भी हमारे भावनाओं, विचारों एवं विश्वास पर निर्भर करती है लेकिन यह में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा प्रदान करती है ईश्वर में विश्वास रखने वाले लोग ईमानदार, सत्य ,अहिंसक ,आध्यात्मिक,नैतिक व् सामाजिक सद्गुणों से भरपूर होते हैं।धर्म व्यक्ति के जीवन का उत्थान का काम करते हैं एवं शांति व्यवस्था में कायम रखने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देता है।अतः मैं धर्म का समर्थक हूँ।(I believe in humanity)"Humanity is the supreme religion and work is worship"---according to me.                   

                           क्या हैं अंधविश्वास (Blind Faith)?

किसी भी बात को बिना सोच समझ के, बिना किसी आधार के चरम सीमा के परे जाकर करना एवम मानना अंधविश्वास हैं फिर वो भगवान की भक्ति हो या किसी इन्सान की. कई बार भगवान की भक्ति में इस कदर खो जाते हैं कि कोई भी उनसे भगवान के नाम पर कुछ भी करवाले वो झट से कर देते हैं. यह ईश्वर के अस्तित्व में आस्था नहीं बल्कि ईश्वर के नाम पर अंधविश्वास।मुझे खेद है कि ब्लॉग लंबा हो जाने के कारण दार्शनिक विचारों को नही लिख पाया हूँ।

 रूढ़िवादी एवं अज्ञान व्यक्तियों का सोच और मत तो नहीं बदल सकते हैं लेकिन अपनी सोच तो बदल सकते हैं अगर देश और समाज के हित में कुछ करना है तो हमारी सोच तथ्यात्मक ,विचारात्मक एवम् तार्किक होनी चाहिए।

What is ghost, black shadow, witchcraft? Does it have any existence in real? Or any mental disease.                               

Even today, people in some of the sick states of India like Bengal, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Assam have deep penetration in the belief of black magic as most of the population of those states are uneducated and superstitious. I am surprised that even some of today's younger generations believe in these things. Some people say that all these powers actually happen, just as the existence of God on earth works on it as well as evil sprit. Science also considers it superstitious. Some narrow-minded people believe that ghosts, ghosts, divine dark powers, are beyond the reach of scientists and thinkers because their existence is also found in the Vedas.

Even today, there are many people in India who give their opinion about anything and say that it is written in Vedo? But the reality is that most people who speak like this are those who have never studied the Vedas. The Vedas were composed about 3500 years ago in the Vedic period. I agree that witchcraft is discussed in the Atharvaveda but at that time the nature of education was different. It has been observed that on the basis of scientific reasoning, some things written in religion propagate the orthodox and narrow ideology. If the people of today's young generation think the same 20 years ago, then we call it orthodox (narrow minded). 

              

                 Now I would like to introduce you to psychological and philosophical ideology. If psychologists believe that all these actions depend on our mood, these events are called Illusion and Hallucination.

 Illusion can happen to everyone, looking at the rope, understanding the snake, considering the tree as a thief or someone at night, etc. is a personal illusion. Apart from this, there are some global illusions such as the earth is seen to be unstable and moving. On the afternoon of summer, there seems to be water congestion on the road, eyes are stretched and the sky is seen touching the ground.

Hallucination is usually only for people with mental illness and drunk. People can be hallucinate through certain drums and medicine. For example, one has to hear one's name, hear different voices, see ghosts and fear of a murderer in a lonely night. 

When we watch a horror film, we get scared. We seem to have someone who is following us. Nothing really happens but the pictures seen in the film get depicted on our mind and thinking about it The image is depicted in our semi-conscious brain. The environment we live in and we think our brain's response is the same. 

What does science celebrate? 

Scientists are also taking the help of neuroscience to understand the psychology associated with paranormal developments. Sometimes our eyes behave differently in unusual situations. In low light, the retinal rod cells of the eye become active and show a slight twisted view. According to Dr. O'Keefe, "By moving the pupil of the eye to the very corner, if we see any movement from the end, it does not look very clear. The detail is also not visible. Only black and white is seen. It means that Rod cells are not able to see color. Maybe in such circumstances our brain tries to fill the lack of information. The brain tries to convert that information into some logical information. We feel like we have We have seen the bizarre. Based on logic, we think there is probably a ghost.

Fear comes out of the brain 

Even if it happens for a few moments, but after this, a stir starts within the human being. Breath starts moving fast, heartbeat becomes high, body becomes very alert. Some people are very much afraid and some very few, scientists blame the neurotransmitters present in the brain for this. According to scientists, the way the level of emotions varies in every person, the same happens in the case of fear. "In a scary environment, some people have a leakage of dopamine in their brain, due to which they start having fun, while others are scared badly," says Okeef. According to scientists, bad experiences in childhood are also directly related to fear. Often, people who listen to ghost stories or watch horror movies have such memories in mind. And whenever there is an extraordinary incident, these memories start jumping.

When we see an old dilapidated building, where it is dark, there is no population nearby, then we start to feel fear. According to scientists, in most horror films, such buildings were introduced as ghostly buildings. This information has sat in our brain. On seeing such a building, our brain keeps the memory of horror films in front. Creating fear, the brain warns that there is danger at this place, to save lives one should go away from here. After this, the heartbeat becomes fast and the whole body is ready to run away from fire or face any crisis. It all happens on a very subtle psychological level.

 There are two types of thinking in us, first positive and second negative, in common parlance, we call it thinking from the heart and thinking with the mind, this is also our illusion. Thinking is only the work of the brain, often we always believe that moral things and some emotions like love, happiness, spirituality, affection, honesty, spirit of cooperation awaken from our heart.                                

                The existence of religion also depends on our feelings, thoughts and belief but it provides positive energy in it. People who believe in God are full of honest, true, non-violent, spiritual, moral and social virtues. Religion of a person's life. They work for upliftment and contribute significantly to the maintenance of peace. So I believe in humanity. "Humanity is the supreme religion and work is worship" --- according to me.                   

                           What is Blind Faith?

It is superstition to do anything without thinking, without thinking and going beyond the extreme limits and whether it is devotion to God or any human being. Many times, in the devotion to God, they are so lost that anyone who does anything in the name of God, they do it quickly. It is not faith in the existence of God but superstition in the name of God. I am sorry that I have not been able to write philosophical thoughts due to the blog being long.

 The views and opinions of orthodox and ignorant people cannot change, but we can change our thinking, if something is to be done in the interest of the country and society, then our thinking should be factual, ideological and logical.
